So yeah, tomorrow the entire Michigan Detroit and Lansing missions are getting together to be taught by Elder Holland!!! I'm SUPER pumped!!! (Gabbi here... for those of you who might not know Elder Holland, here is a quick sampler... Holland testifies of Christ Holland testifies of the Book of Mormon and Joseph Smith)
I'm having a good time serving with Elder Williams. We're working hard, and we expect to see some really great things happen while we are together. It's pretty funny though, because Elder Williams had to drop $100 bucks on his bike this week to get it up to snuff because some things like the axle were bent and broken :)
There was a fundraiser at our church building for the Spanish Branch, so we went. There was a hot pepper eating contest that I did NOT participate in, but afterward, a few of the missionaries including me decided to try a habenero (I don't know how to spell that) pepper...
Then Elder Williams and I took a picture afterward that was pretty sweet :)
